Loving Interchange In Meetings

We take turns sharing, giving everyone a chance to speak, & thanking one another for doing so. We refrain from advising, criticizing, arguing or judging. We let one another's words hover in the meeting room without contest, waiting for whoever needs them: absorb them. We give each other time to learn difficult lessons.
